I didn't expect it to be the consistency that it is, kind of soft and easily moulded. The smell was stronger than expected also. I have not been consistently using it as I should to see results and that's not great. But when I have, I enjoy the lather that it gives. I have sensitive skin and I am always cautious when using new things on my face but I had no need to be with this soft gentle soap bar. Overall I am happy with my purchase and I have already recommended it to a friend who is struggling with alot of dark pigmentation on her face.
